Cuckoo, 1m Kestrel, 3 Sedge Warbler, 8 Willow Warbler, 8 Common Whitethroat, 8 Blackcap, 2 Chiffchaff, 1 Meadow Pipit, 7 Lapwing 5 on res bank, 1 GS Woodpecker, 2 Green Woodpecker, pr Shelduck.

KGV Res, S.Basin. 0800, Westerly Wind, Sunny with clouds.
5 Little Gulls 1 im 4 adults, 50+ Common Terns, 100 Swifts.

Oystercatcher over north of KGV res. Kingfisher flew up relief channel, Sparrowhawk f, pr Shelduck, 5 Whitethroat, 2 House Martin.
Rammey Marsh 1030
3 Grasshopper Warblers got views of one. 2 Linnet, Reed Bunting, Sedgies and Whitethroats.
Willows Farm & Tittenhanger GP
7 Common Buzzard 5s and 2s together. 1 Linnet, 7 Redshank, 2 on farm pool 5 on GP, 1 Ringed Plover, 1 Common Sand, 5 Lapwing, 5 Common Tern, 1 Garden Warbler all near GP, all other common warblers all present but still no Lesser white, 2 Coal Tit, 2 Stock Dove, Oystercatcher over other side of road on newer gravel works. 2 Red-legged Partridge.

KGV South basin 0730 Sunny light south westerly
1 Black Tern , 1 Little Gull (first summer), 30+ Swift, 20+Common Tern.
Rammy Marsh 1545
Grasshopper Warbler reeling half way up marsh hundred meters from scouts bridge, in Hawthorn. Saw reeling breefly. 2 Reed Warblers heard singing. Other bits about Whitethroat, Sedge Warbler, Reed Bunting, Blackcap, Chiffchaff, Willow warbler Swallow, Cockoo singing from Cob fields, Meadow Pipit, Linnet.

Garden Warbler, first this spring at last!, no Rouzel for me though

1m Wheatear, 1Little Egret south, 11 Yellow Wags, 1 east at 1715 10 north at 1915, 12+ House Martin, 1 Redshank, 1 Green Sand and 2 Snipe on p pools, 3 Lapwing, S Dove over n, 3 Linet, 1m Reed Bunting, 9 Meadow Pipit 2 prs m displaying 7 bedding down in marsh, Cuckoo singing till I left, 1f Sparrowhawk, 1 G.S Woodpecker, 1 Green Woodpecker, pr Shelduck. Willow, Sedge, Chiff, Whitethroat and Blackcap all present.

No sighn of Whoopoe. 7-10 Comic Terns, had to go work!.

3 Northen Wheatear, in field north of KGV Res. 2 White Wagtails, 2 Meadow Pipit, 1m Reed Bunting, 2 Common Whitethroat, 1 Sedge Warbler, 2 Blackcap, 1 Willow Warbler, 1 Chiffchaff, 1 Snipe, 1 Stock Dove North, Cuckoo, pr Shelduck in Relief channel. 2 Green Woodpecker.

Sewardstone Marsh 0815 sunny with clouds light northely
2 Yellow Wagtails, 1f Northen Wheatear on res bank, Cuckoo, Stock Dove over, 4 Meadow Pipit, 4 Common Whitethroat, 4 Sedge Warblers, 12 Blackcap, 4 Willow Warbler, 3 Chiffchaff, 1m Reed Bunting, 2 Lapwing 10+Swollows, 12+ Sandmatin, 1f Kestrel, 2 Green Woodpecker on res bank.
KGV Res S.Basin 1915-1935
WHOOPOE, Seen flying in padocks, and over flats from South end of East bank. Landed in Cherry Tree for 30 seconds then flew out southwards. Last seen flying into Silver Birches in flat gardens around 1935.

m/f Wheatear Greenland Race, 1 Common Sandpiper, Chiffchaff, Willow Warbler, Blackcap were all present, 3 Little Egrets 2 south 1 north. 2 Hawks displaying, possoble Goshawks, seen twice circling very high together, estwards then an hour later south.

1 Cuckoo, 2 Sedge warbler, 1 Whitethroat, 2 willow Warbler, 15 Blackcap, 6 Chiffchaff, 1 Snipe, 4 Lapwing, 1m kestrel, 2 Stock Dove, pr Meadow Pipit, 1 GS Woodpecker, 2 Green Woodpecker, 1 Mistle Thrush on pylon by R Lee. 3 Greylag s/w over KGV.
Amwell 1600-1700 warm and sunny
5 Redshank, 1 LRP, 1 Ringed Plover, Cetti's calling, 4 Snipe 2m Reed Bunting.
Vigarage farm 1900-1800 clear skys, warm still air.
2 Whitethroat, 1 Yellowhammer, 1 Skylark, 1 Meadow Pipit, 2 stock Dove, 2 Chiffchaff, 28+ Linnet disturbed from roost in brambles by bunker, but stayed.
