KGV South Basin 0730
No sighn of reported Little Tern, plenty of Common Terns Swifts, 1 Yellow Wagtail.

Sewardstone 0900
2 Reed Warbler (at last!! was beginning to think these were extinct here, but no, they are breeding by the reed mace), 1 Lesser Whitethtoat first of year prob only tut! not sure why so hard this spring, 5 Chiffchaff, 4 Sedge Warbler, 15 Blackcap, 3 Willow warbler, 11 Whitethroat, 2f Wheatear, 2 Green Woodpecker, pr Shelduck, Swallow, Swift and Sand Martin very abundant now, swallows hunting in padocks, probily breeding now. House Martin at least 6 n of kgv. 5 Lapwing, 1 Mipit. Few H.Sparrow's venturing about the area. 1m Kestrel from raptor vewpiont.

Rammey arsh 1200
1 Grasshopper Warbler still in same Elderberry bush half way up east side of marsh, great views. Also Sedge, Willow, Chiff, Whitethroat, blackcap and singing Meadow Pipit and Linnet.

Staines Res
2 Dunlin, milloins of Swifts and midgies.

Staines Moor
1m Whinchat first of spring, 2 Little Egret, Cettis warbler, Reed Warbler, 2 Stock Dove, Skylarks, Mipits, 2 Linnet, m/f Kestrel.
